Shusha becomes state reserve and cultural capital of Azerbaijan

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev approved the law "On the cultural capital of Azerbaijan – Shusha city".

A public entity of legal law "Management of the State Reserve of Shusha city" will be created there.
