At least 7 die, 4 injured in car accident in Dagestan

At least seven people have died with another four have been injured in a car accident in Russia's North Caucasus republic of Dagestan, local police representative told RIA Novosti.

"The accident occurred at about 16:25 Moscow time in Karabudahtenskiy district of Dagestan," the spokesman said. "Because of yet unclear reasons Gazelle mini-bus collided with VAZ-21014. As a result of the accident, seven people died and four hospitalized in serious condition."
The investigation into causes of the crash is ongoing.
