Vladikavkaz market blast suspect surrenders to police in Ingushetia

A suspected member of the militant group that blew up the central
market of Vladikavkaz on September 9, 2010, has given himself up to
the police of Ingushetia, RIA Novosti reports.

Vestnik Kavkaza earlier reported about two members of the same group
who were arrested.

19 people died and over 200 were injured in the blast.
