President Bagapsh buried in his native village

The President of Abkhazia, Sergay Bagapsh, was buried today in his native village, Dzhgerda, in the Ochamchir District of Abkhazia, RIA Novosti reports.

Bagapsh died on May 29 at the age of 62, after undergoing surgery on his right lung at a Moscow clinic. A mourning ceremony was held in Moscow, after which his remains were flown to Abkhazia.
