North Ossetian citizen on federal wanted list caught while stealing a bicycle

The police of Pyatigorsk have arrested a citizen who is on the wanted
list while he was trying to steal a bicycle, RIA Novosti reports.

The Criminal Police Chief of Pyatigorsk, Pavel Prokopovich, said that
the man had borrowed a bicycle but sold it instead of returning it.

The man was resisting arrest and was under the influence of drugs. He
was on the federal wanted list for theft.
