Azerbaijani Airlines receives Boeing 767

The Azerbaijani Airlines Company has received a Boeing 767-300ER as
part of a contract with Boeing, Trend reports.


The plane landed in Baku at 16:25.


Vice-President of the Azerbaijani company Sabir Ilyasov said that
three more such planes will arrive in 2012. Boeing 767-300ER will be
used by passengers, two Boeing 767s will be for freight.


AZAl will be the first airliner in CIS space to receive a Boeing 787
Dreamliner in 2014. This will allow it to carry out longer-distance
flights to states in South and North America, South-East Asia and
other regions.
