Bolshoi Theater confirms death of artist

During the change of scenery in the Bolshoi Theater, an artist of the mimic ensemble died. The accident took place during the Sadko play, Interfax reports with a reference to the theatre press service.

"During the Sadko play, the artist of the mimic ensemble died during the change of scenery. The play was immediately stopped, the audience was asked to leave the hall," the message reads.
