Azerbaijan publishes new naming rules

Azerbaijani Parliamentary Culture Committee Chairman Nizami Jafarovnamed the new guidelines that would be applied for naming children.

"Once, the civil registration departments had lists and no one could go beyond it. Now this list has been expanded considerably, and the principles have been identified," Trend cites Jafarov as saying.
