Chief coach of Russia's Lokomotiv FC sacked

The president of Russia's "Lokomotiv" football club, Olga Smorodskaya, has made a statement on "the Krasnozhan case".

She said that the board of directors of the football club had to make a very hard decision. The administration of the club decided to sack the chief coach of the team, Yury Krasnozhan.

The conflict between Kranozhan and Smorodskaya led to a great scandal. Russian football fans were shocked that the club's president insisted on the resignation of a successful coach by accusing him of bad faith.
