4th Libya contact group meeting to be held in Turkey

The fourth Libya Contact Group meeting will be held in Turkey in July, Hurriyet Daily News cites Turkey’s Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu.

“All efforts are now being exerted to enable a transition process without the need for a military operation,” Davutoğlu said.
