Azerbaijan to prepare Code of Civil Service

A Code of Civil Service must be prepared in Azerbaijan, Trend cites Civil Service Commission Chairman Bahram Khalilov.

He said there is a need to collect all legal acts regulating relations in civil service in a single code.

In the future, the commission may prepare such a draft for further discussion, Khalilov said.

"If a code is adopted in this sphere, then one can easily apply the legislation in regulating regulations in civil service and eliminate some shortages," he said.
