US increased security of UN headquarters

Reinforced police squads have arrived at the UN headquarters in New York.

Near the building there are several patrol cars with lights on. A minibus with police officers in special equipment and weapons has also arrived.

Currently, part of the roadway in front of the building is cordoned off, TASS reports.

The reasons for this are not reported.
