Putin's strength become known

Former American diplomat Richard Grenell said that Russian President Vladimir Putin had the ability to "read" US leader Joe Biden.

"Putin knows who he is. He is well aware that Biden does not put America first and seeks cooperation with Europeans", RIA Novosti quotes Grenell. 

He noted that Putin took advantage after Biden wanted "absolutely everyone in the world to like him".
