Dagestan schoolchildren may be left without New Year's matinees

Dagestan schools are going to cancel New Year's events on the recommendation of the regional department of Rospotrebnadzor, the press service of the Ministry of Education and Science of the republic reports.

The department has already sent a message to the municipalities of the region with a recommendation to cancel celebrations in educational establishments because of the increasing incidence of SARS.

According to Rospotrebnadzor, the incidence of influenza and SARS in Dagestan increased by 3%. 14 schools of the republic went into quarantine.
