Patriarch of Georgia and Catholicos of all Armenians visit Dzhavakheti

The Patriarch of Georgia, Ilya II, and the Catholicos of all Armenians, Garegin II, visited Samtskhe-Dzhavakheti and met residents of Aspindza and representatives of the Armenian community in Damali, Georgia Online reports.

The spiritual leaders of the countries visited an Armenian church in Akhaltzikha. Local residents presented them with handmade carpets.
