U.S. offers Russia to restore arms control treaty
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaU.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said Washington and Moscow have the opportunity to find a common language in areas that are very important for international security.
"There are a number of areas where I think it would be possible for us to address each other’s concerns about the - about security in Europe in a way that is good for everyone - Europeans, Americans, and Russians," he said in an interview on CNN's “State of the Union.
As an example Blinken cited "arms control, greater transparency, risk reduction, the placement of missile systems, things of that nature."
