President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, in a long interview with the Khabar 24 TV channel, said that he would visit Moscow in mid-February to sign "very important agreements."

"Most likely, I will be visiting Moscow in mid-February at the invitation of the President of Russia. And we will sign very important agreements that are related to long-term cooperation between our countries", Tokayev said.

It should be noted that the president decided to give an interview to the republican TV channel in the Russian language, not Kazakh.

"This interview is intended for a global audience. We would like to ensure the widest possible coverage due to the relevance of the topic and worldwide interest in what is happening in Kazakhstan", Tokayev's spokesman Berik Uali explained.
