Russia and Iran to cooperate in drug control

Victor Ivanov, Chairman of the State Anti-Drug Committee and Director
of the Federal Drug Control Service, will visit Iran today to discuss
drug-trafficking, RIA Novosti reports.

The Russian and Iranian drug control services plan joint operations
and exchange of experience to reduce drug-trafficking.

Bender-Enzeli will host a meeting of Azerbaijani, Iranian, Kazakh,
Russian and Turkmen drug control structures at their second meeting.
The first meeting was held in Astrakhan in October 2010.
