Armenian catholicos concludes visit to Georgia without joint declaration

Armenian Catholicos Karekin II has concluded his visit to Georgia
without signing a joint communique with the Georgian church leader.

Chairman of the section for foreign links of the Georgian patriarch,
Metropolitan of Zugdidsky and Tsaishsky, Gerasim Sharanidze, said that
they are working on the issue, Georgia Online reports.

Gerasim noted that the Armenian side refused to make the declaration.
The Armenian catholicos visited Georgia on June 10-15.
