Negotiations between Lavrov and Blinken take place

US State Department head Antony Blinken and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov held a telephone conversation, an official source at the State Department said.

There is no information on the subject discussed but the Reuters source reminded that when the heads of foreign affairs departments "talked for the last time, they agreed to stay in contact".
