U.S. President Joe Biden will call for ending normal trade relations with Russia, Reuters reported on Friday citing a source familiar with the situation.

Among the proposed measures will be raising tariffs for Russian imports.

On Tuesday, Biden signed a decree prohibiting fuel imports from Russia and investment into the Russian energy sector.
