Mini-oil refining plant found in Chechen forest

Police have found a small illegal oil-refining plant near the village of Gekhi, RIA Novosti reports.

The owner of the plant is a 33-year-old resident of the village.

The police disposed of seven containers with 47,000 liters of dark liquid, supposedly oil.
