Iran hit by 4,8 magnitude quake

A 4.8-magnitude earthquake has shaken southern Iran, the European-Mediterranean Seismological Center informs.

It is reported that the epicenter was located at a distance of 137 km south of the city of Sirjan. The seismic center was at a depth of 40 km.

There are currently no reports of damage or casualties.
