Armenia not discussing any documents with Azerbaijan
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaBaku and Yerevan are not discussing any document - if it existed, it would be impossible to hide it, Civil Contract MP Vladimir Vardanyan told the Armenian parliament.
On March 22, the Armenian media outlets reported that the meeting of the Azerbaijani and Armenian leaders will take place in Brussels in April, after which some deputies from the nationalist bloc "Armenia" raised the issue of the forthcoming signing of a certain document.
"It is unnecessary to talk about any document. You need to understand that this is an international treaty that cannot be hidden. Such documents go through various international and domestic procedures - ratification, a referendum, if necessary," Sputnik Armenia cited Vardanyan as saying.
The parliamentarian recalled that after 1945 the conclusion of secret agreements and treaties is prohibited by international law.
