Heavy rain cuts off power in Sochi

4500 people in Sochi still have no electricity as heavy rain cut off power in the city today, RIA Novosti cites the press service of
Sochi's energy company.

Previously 7000 people were without electricity. It took the emergency services less than 24 hours to repair most of the damaged power networks.
