Children's beauty contest cancelled in North Ossetia

The head of North Ossetia, Taymuraz Mamsurov, has prohibited the holding of a youth beauty contest in the republic, which had been scheduled for June 24, RIA Novosti cites the press service of the head of the republic.

According to Mamsurov, such contests are immoral and contradict Ossetian traditions.
