Residents of Nur-Sultan rally against social media blocking

Asem Yeskabyl, the organizer of the event, said residents opposed the bill, which, according to him, could "censor our content and restrict access to information under the pretext of protecting children from cyberbullying."
It is noted that the rally that was agreed with the city administration, brought together human rights activists, journalists, entrepreneurs, public figures and bloggers, Sputnik Kazakhstan reports.
