Mudslide blocks road in Abkhazia

A major mudslide has blocked the road connecting the mountain village
of Pskhu, Apsnypress reports.


Pskhu is the highest village in Abkhazia, located at the head of the
river Bzyb 760 metres above sea level.


The administrative head of Sukhumi District, Vladimir Avidzba, said
that they need special equipment to clear the road. It will be
restored in a few days.
