Zurabishvili pardons eight prisoners on Easter

According to the Georgian President Salome Zurabishvili administration's message, she pardoned eight prisoners on the occasion of the Easter holiday.

It is specified that these prisoners will leave prison today and celebrate the holiday with their families, Sputnik Georgia writes.

According to the latest data, in Georgian prisons 9,387 people are serving sentences. This is 0.25% of the country's population.
