FIFA hopes for a speedy return of Russian clubs and national teams

The head of the European associations-members of the International Football Federation Elkhan Mammadov expressed hope that the teams from Russia would soon return to the international arena.

"Given the current situation, on behalf of FIFA, I wish the situation to be resolved, and that we see Russian players on international arenas in the near future," Mammadov said at the RFU conference, Interfax reports.

It should be noted that the conference is being held in Moscow.
