Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaRussia’s oil major Rosneft said on Sunday it has no assets on Ukraine’s territory.
"The company was surprised to learn about the arrest of assets allegedly owned by Rosneft in Ukraine. We would like to inform that now there are no assets owned by the company in Ukraine," it said in press statement.
Ukraine’s Security Service said on Saturday that it has initiated the procedure of seizing Rosneft’s assents in the country.
"Rosneft used to have a network of filling stations but some time ago it sold it to a European operator engaged in the distribution of oil products on the Ukrainian market.
