FC Anji loses status of professional club

Makhachkala FC Anji lost the status of a professional football club, the press service of the club informs.

"On Friday, June 3, the appeal committee of the Russian Football Union did not allow the club to obtain a license for the upcoming season of the Olympus-Championship FNL-2”, the message of the press service reads.

A club that does not have a license automatically loses its professional status.
