Kokoyty won't run for third term

South Ossetia leader Eduard Kokoyty announced that he won't run for presidency for the third time, the RES news agency reports.

"Everything will proceed according to the constitution. I will never violate the constitution of the country. I will also allow no one to
do it," said Kokoyty.
