Partial blackout reported in Syria

"The transformer malfunction at the Az-Zara power plant led to the complete failure of the power plant. Due to this, all the stations were out of order, which caused a general power outage," RIA Novosti reports.
Syrian power engineers planned to eliminate the consequences of the accident within two hours, but whether the electricity supply was renewed has not yet been reported.
