Russia's Tutayev to be twin city of Armenia's Metsamor

Metsamor in Armenia and Tutayev in Ruissia will be twin cities. A deal
has already been achieved between Governor of the Yaroslavl Region
Sergey Vakhrukhov and Governor of Armavir Reion of Armenia Ashot
Kagramanyan, News Armenia reports.

The governors discussed cooperation prospects in processing industry,
co-generation energetics, shipments of engines from Yaroslavl to
Armenia.
