Power cut prevented in Kabardino-Balkaria

A bomb targeting a power line for the electricity supply to the
Terskol village of Kabardino-Balkaria was defused, Interfax-South
reports.

The bomb was packed with projectiles. It was defused at 19.50. It's
power was equivalent to 10 kg of TNT.
