EU Special Representative for South Caucasus to hold number of meetings in Baku

European Union (EU) Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar is on his visit to Azerbaijan, EU Special Representative said.

He noted that he would hold a number of important meetings in Baku.
