Kabardino-Balkaria, Agriculture Ministry sign federal program

Kabardino-Balkaria and the Russian Agriculture Ministry have signed a
deal on the realization of the federal program for preservation of
land fertility worth over 500 million rubles, RIA Novosti reports.

The program includes measures to preserve land fertility, science
research and construction. Water resources will be restored.

Kabardino-Balkaria will receive 507 million rubles for the issue.

78 million rubles of the sum will come from the federal budget, over
45.5 million from the budget of Kabardino-Balkaria, over 383 million
from municipalities and non-budget sources.
