Russian and Turkish ombudsmen to meet in Istanbul

"We scheduled a meeting in Istanbul this week with Turkish Ombudsman Seref Malkoc to sign an additional protocol on joint activities in 2022-2023," she said.
Moskalkova also noted that at the meeting it is planned to discuss issues of humanitarian assistance to Russians in Turkey, as well as the protection of human and civil rights in the field of labor migration, economic and civil rights.
In addition, the Russian commissioner for human rights drew attention to the fact that the agreements on building up multilateral cooperation, reached by the presidents of the two countries Vladimir Putin and Recep Tayyip Erdogan at a meeting in Sochi, give an additional impetus to expanding cooperation in the field of human rights.
