Bishkek - Antalya flight makes emergency landing in Baku

Turkish Airlines aircraft flying from Bishkek to Antalya (flight THY4055) requested an emergency landing at the Baku airport,  the press service of the Heydar Aliyev International Airport informs.

The cause of the unscheduled landing is a smoke detector in the luggage compartment of the Boeing B737.

"At 09:18, the aircraft made a safe landing in the Baku airport. At present, the aircraft is being inspected by the technical staff of the airport," the press service reports.
