Dashnaktsutyun ex-deputy accused of kidnapping

A former deputy from the Armenian Dashnaktsutyun party, Suren Manukyan, has been charged with kidnapping, Sergey Voskanyan, Manukyan's lawyer, told Sputnik Armenia.

The Investigative Committee is seeking the arrest of Manukyan for two months. The court will decide on the issue today.

Manukyan refuses to give any evidence and denies all charges, Voskanyan says.
