Norway joins latest package of anti-Russian sanctions

Oslo joined the seventh package of anti-Russian sanctions that the European Union introduced on July 21. This statement of the country's Foreign Ministry is published on the Norwegian government's website.

"The sanctions package adopted by the EU on July 21, 2022 has been incorporated into Norwegian law and is coming into force in Norway today", it said.
