Brent drops below $89

According to trading data, the price of a futures contract for Brent crude oil for delivery in November on the London ICE exchange fell below $89 per barrel for the first time since September 9, 2022.

The price of futures for WTI crude fell by 2.84% to $82.35 per barrel.
