New OSCE PA Special Representative on South Caucasus appointed

The President Emeritus of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, Portuguese parliamentarian Joao Soares will soon be appointed Special Representative of the President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe for the South Caucasus, told the head of the Armenian delegation in the OSCE PA Aram Safarian, News Armenia reports.

Joao Soares was nominated by the OSCE PA President Petros Efthymiou. Soares is well known both in Armenia and Azerbaijan.
