Fazil Mammadov dies

Former Minister of Taxes of Azerbaijan Fazil Mammadov passed away in Turkey.

He died at the hospital where he was being treated.

Fazil Mammadov was the Minister of Taxes in 2000-2017. He also headed the Azerbaijan Wrestling Federation in 2007-2018.
