Suspect in Istanbul terrorist attack detained in Syria

Turkish security forces have apprehended a suspect involved in the terrorist attack on Istanbul’s Istiklal Street, the A Haber TV channel reported on Wednesday.

According to the channel, a special operation to detain the suspect took place in the northern Syrian city of Azaz. Law enforcement officials think that the suspect provided support to the terrorists who carried out the bombing in Istanbul.
