Some allies of Libyan operation become exhausted

US Defense Secretary Leon Panetta said that some allies of NATO
involved in the Libyan operation had become exhausted in 90 days and
need support, RIA Novosti reports.

The secretary said that NATO allies need to improve their armies and
invest more in their militaries. The USA cannot carry the financial
burden of the operation alone, Panetta said.
