Kuban Governor Alexander Tkachyov believes that the football clubs
Krasnodar and Kuban may unite, Chairman of the Russian Accounts
Chamber, Sergey Stepashin, said, Yuga.ru reports.

Stepashin said that private football clubs are like toys for the rich.
