Congratulatory note to Director General of “Interfax-Azerbaijan” Alexander Ivanov

The Director General of “Interfax-Azerbaijan”, Alexander Alexeyevich
Ivanov, is marking his birthday. He worked at the state security
service and in the state authorities of Azerbaijan. Heydar Aliyev
invited Ivanov to Moscow as first deputy chairman of the Soviet
government.

Alexander Ivanov was invited to supervise the Interfax office of
Russia in Azerbaijan in 2005. Other offices were opened in Gyandja,
Nakhchyvan, Gabala and Lynkyaran.
