Russian ship sinks in the Caspian

A Russian ship left Makhachkala for repairs in Baku, towed by the
"Tulen-10" tug-boat. The "Kapitan Yevseyev" listed dangerously shortly
after leaving Makhachkala, the ship's sections were filled with water
and as a result the ship sank.
The two-man crew of the ship was taken on board the tug-boat and taken
to shore. There was no fuel or cargo, no one was injured and no
environmental damage was caused.
